Cheke is a point-of-sale app for small and medium businesses in Honduras. Unlike others, it charges services and products on the same ticket: the service with its employee and commission, the product with its inventory and cost.
Free during the pilot. Works on your phone, a tablet or a computer.
In Honduras you charge at the end of the service, not up front. Cheke is built that way out of the box.
Pick the customer, their vehicle, the service and who will do it. It goes to the queue without charging anything.
The board shows every order with its plate and estimated time: queued, in progress, ready, delivered.
One charge per customer, with change broken down into bills. When you close the shift, the till tells you if it balances.
This is not a pretty cash register. It is what tells you how much you made and how much you owe each person.
Every line knows what it is. A service carries its employee and commission; a product draws down inventory and carries its cost.
Which car is in progress, whose it is, who is washing it and for how long. With plate and a time indicator.
Weighted average cost with freight prorated in. You know your true margin, not the one you assumed.
Open the shift with an amount, record expenses, and on close the system tells you if it is over or short. Calculated on the server.
Every service is assigned to whoever performed it. At the end of the week you know exactly what each one is owed.
The cashier sees no costs and changes no prices. The owner can, and it is recorded who did it and when.
The same model fits any business where someone does a job and something gets sold off the counter along the way.
Most small businesses in Honduras keep the tally in a notebook or a spreadsheet.

We are testing Cheke with real businesses in Honduras. Join now, help us sharpen it, and pay nothing.
Not yet. Today Cheke prints a simple receipt. The fiscal layer is designed and gets built in the next phase, validated by an accountant. Your obligations with the tax authority remain yours.
No. Cheke needs a connection to charge, because prices, inventory and sequential numbers are resolved on the server. That is what keeps two tills from colliding.
No. It runs on the phone you already have, on a tablet or on a computer. You need no printer or barcode scanner to start.
Yes. Both washes go on the same ticket, each line with its own plate and its price by vehicle type, and each becomes its own order on the board.
No. Every record is tied to a business and the server resolves which one each user belongs to. You only see yours.
Cheke uses Google Sign-In for one purpose only: letting you log in without creating another password. Here is exactly what it receives and what it does not.
Your name, your email and your profile photo. They are used only to create your account, sign you in, and show which person on your team recorded each sale.
Your Gmail, your Drive, your contacts and your calendar. Cheke asks for none of those and cannot see them.
You can remove Cheke's access at any time from your Google account security settings.
