Can I live in the house during the remodel?

For a kitchen remodel most clients set up a temporary kitchen in another room and stay home. Bathroom remodels are easier if you have a second bath. We’ll discuss dust containment and water-shutoff schedules at the site visit.

Do you supply cabinets and counters or do I?

Either works. We have trusted suppliers for custom cabinetry, quartz and granite, and we can pass through wholesale pricing. If you already have a designer or favorite vendor, we install what you choose.

How long does a typical kitchen remodel take?

A standard kitchen remodel runs 4–8 weeks of active construction once cabinets are in. Permits and lead time on cabinets typically add 4–6 weeks before demo starts.

Do you handle plumbing and electrical permits?

Yes. We pull and inspect all plumbing and electrical permits required by the city — this protects your home’s resale value and your insurance coverage.

Can you move walls or change the layout?

Yes. Removing a non-load-bearing wall is straightforward; load-bearing walls require an engineered beam, which we coordinate. Layout changes are where the biggest quality-of-life wins come from.
