Do you provide architectural plans or do I bring my own?
Either works. We can produce concept drawings and full architectural plans in-house, or we can build off plans you already have. If you bring plans, we’ll value-engineer them before pricing.
How long does a custom home take to build?
A typical 2,500–3,500 sqft custom home runs 8–12 months from permit issuance to final walk-through, depending on complexity and weather. Permits and design typically add 2–4 months upfront.
Can you help me find a lot?
Yes. We work with local realtors who specialize in build-ready lots in Katy, Cypress and surrounding areas, and we can do a feasibility review on any lot before you commit.
Do you handle the financing or do I?
You handle the construction loan with your bank. We provide the documentation packages (cost breakdown, draw schedule, plans) lenders require, and we work with the inspector at each draw.
What’s included in the per-sqft starting price?
The starting figure assumes a level lot, slab foundation, standard residential framing and mid-grade finishes (laminate counters, builder-grade fixtures, basic landscaping). We’ll itemize every upgrade so you see exactly what each choice costs.
