How long does a covered porch take?
A 400 sqft covered porch typically takes about 3 weeks once HOA and city permits are approved. Permit review usually adds 2–4 weeks depending on your community.
Can you match my home’s existing roof line?
Yes — we design every porch and pool house to match your existing roof pitch, materials and trim so it looks like it was always there.
Do you handle the HOA paperwork?
We design to your HOA’s ARC rules first, then submit and follow up on your behalf. Most projects get approved on the first review.
Stamped vs plain concrete — which should I choose?
Plain concrete is the most affordable and works well for utility areas. Stamped concrete adds 30–50% to cost but turns the patio into a feature — you can match brick, stone or wood-plank patterns.
Can you add gas, water and electrical for an outdoor kitchen?
Yes. We pre-plumb and pre-wire during framing so the appliance install is clean and to code. Tell us during the site visit and we’ll size the lines to your equipment.
