Certified in Dell EMC, VMware, Cisco, Oracle, Cloudera and Project Management (ADEN Business School), with ongoing certifications in Claude, PureStorage, Exagrid and Sophos; trained in Design Thinking at MIT. Co-founder of Bogutech, advisor to Fenix Remodeling, and builder of MindPlanPro and ShiftPro. Bilingual (Spanish native, English advanced).
