Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and account

TradePause is provided by Mica Go Store LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Mica Go", "we"). By creating an account or using TradePause you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done under your account.

2. Description of the Service

TradePause is a trading journal for options and stock traders. It records the trades you enter or import, computes figures such as profit and loss and days to expiration, checks each trade against the personal rules you configure, adds friction (such as a waiting period) before you log another trade, and shows statistics about your own history.

TradePause is not a broker-dealer, an investment adviser or a financial planner, and it does not give investment, financial, legal or tax advice. It does not execute trades, does not connect to or access your brokerage account, and does not recommend buying or selling any security. Rules, alerts and statistics are self-discipline tools based on the parameters you choose.

Trading options and stocks involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past results, including the statistics shown in the app, do not guarantee future results. Every trading decision, and its outcome, is yours alone.

The Service is currently offered as a beta. Features may change, and there may be errors or interruptions.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

TradePause is free during the beta. We do not ask for a payment method and do not charge you anything.

If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, publish the prices and conditions, and never charge you without your explicit acceptance. You can stop using TradePause at any time.

4. Your content and ownership

Everything you enter or upload — trades, notes, rules, plans and screenshots — belongs to you. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and display it to provide the Service.

Only upload screenshots you are allowed to share. Crop or hide account numbers and any other personal details before uploading; the Service only needs the order rows.

5. Our intellectual property

The software, design, name and logo of TradePause belong to Mica Go Store LLC. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes or to mislead others about trading results;
• try to access another user's data or bypass the access controls;
• reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the Service;
• upload content you are not allowed to share.

7. AI features and limitations

When you import a screenshot of your platform's order list, an artificial intelligence model reads the image to extract the orders. AI extraction can be wrong: it may misread a symbol, a time, a price or a status. That is why the app shows you a preview to review and correct before anything is saved. You are responsible for checking it.

Profit and loss, days to expiration, risk and rule checks are computed from the data you confirm. They are not an official account statement and do not replace your broker's records or tax documents.

8. Third-party services

The Service runs on third-party infrastructure, listed in the Privacy Policy. TradeStation and other platform names are trademarks of their respective owners. TradePause is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them.

9. Termination

You can stop using TradePause at any time and ask us to delete your data by writing to tradepause@micagostore.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk, and, where reasonable, we will tell you first.

10. Disclaimers and warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any alert will fire at a given moment. Keep your own records of anything you are required to retain.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mica Go will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Mica Go against claims arising from the content you upload, from your trading decisions, or from your breach of these Terms or of the law.

13. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use TradePause after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
